Reserve+ now displays the owner's photo

The update allows photos to be automatically displayed in digital documents and speeds up verification

The Ministry of Defence has updated the Reserve+ app — from now on, the owner's photo will automatically appear in the Reserve ID electronic document. This was reported by the press service of the ministry.

According to Deputy Minister of Defence Oksana Ferchuk, the new feature is designed to make document verification faster and more transparent in everyday situations. The photo will only be displayed for users who have a biometric passport. Documents without an image remain legally valid.

The Ministry of Defence notes that due to high traffic, images may be delayed. If the photo does not appear within a few days, it is recommended to use the ‘Correct data online’ function in the application menu.

To see the new changes, users need to update the application and document to the latest version. The update is already available in Rezerv+.
