The network of ‘Points of Resilience’ has been expanded in Kyiv: addresses
New Resilience Centres have been opened in accordance with decisions by the State Commission on Technological and Environmental Safety and Emergencies and the Standing Commission on Technological and Environmental Safety and Emergencies of the City of Kyiv. Thirty-one new locations in the Obolon district of the capital have been added to the list of existing centres.

Resilience Centres are designed to support the public during prolonged power cuts, heating outages, communication failures and other emergencies. Here, you can charge your mobile phone and other gadgets, access the internet, receive basic assistance, water, heating and up-to-date information.
The Kyiv City State Administration urges residents of the capital not to wait for an emergency to arise, but to check now where their nearest Resilience Centre is located and make a note of its address.
