Over the past 24 hours, the Russian army has lost a further 1,270 troops in the war against Ukraine. The Ukrainian Armed Forces have also recorded significant enemy losses in terms of military equipment, artillery and drones.

The Russian army’s total combat losses since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine have reached around 1,397,060 troops.

In the past 24 hours alone, Russian losses amounted to 1,270 personnel.

Russian forces also lost one tank and two armoured fighting vehicles over the past day.

Significant losses have been recorded in the artillery sector. Ukrainian defence forces have destroyed 67 artillery systems, four multiple launch rocket systems and three air defence systems.

Russia’s total losses of military equipment since the start of the full-scale war amount to 12,057 tanks, 24,818 armoured fighting vehicles, 44,731 artillery systems, 1,893 multiple launch rocket systems and 1,443 air defence systems.

Aircraft losses remain unchanged. Russia has lost 436 aeroplanes and 353 helicopters.

Two ground-based robotic systems were also destroyed over the past 24 hours. Their total losses have reached 1,728 units.

Russia continues to suffer significant losses in unmanned aerial systems. Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian military destroyed 1,994 operational-tactical-level drones.

The total number of Russian UAVs lost now stands at 371,882.

In addition, Russia has lost 4,787 cruise missiles, 33 ships or boats, and two submarines.

Losses of motor vehicles and tankers rose by a further 450 units over the past 24 hours, whilst losses of specialised equipment increased by six.

In total, since the start of the full-scale invasion, the Russian army has lost 111,707 vehicles and tankers, as well as 4,339 units of specialised equipment.
