Tigipko Bank is selling a hotel complex in Yaremche for 31 million hryvnia

Serhiy Tihipko’s Universal Bank has put a holiday complex and hotel in Yaremche, Ivano-Frankivsk region, up for electronic auction on OpenMarket via SETAM.
The lot comprises two unfinished construction projects, a residential building with outbuildings, and a plot of land measuring 0.1582 hectares.
The starting price for the property is 30.94 million UAH.
What makes the lot interesting
SETAM CEO Roman Osadchuk noted that the location in the tourist centre of the Carpathians makes this complex an attractive asset for investors and for business development in the leisure sector.
The auction is taking place on the OpenMarket online platform.
What else is for sale in the Carpathian region
It was previously reported that the operating Raffaello restaurant and hotel complex in the village of Roztoky, Vyzhnytskyi district, Chernivtsi region, has been put up for sale for $3.7 million.
The total area of the complex is approximately 2,500 sq m.
The centrepiece of the complex is a restaurant seating 300 guests.
The hotel section comprises 14 rooms, 6 separate holiday cottages and a private apartment of approximately 200 sq m with 8 rooms.
The total accommodation capacity is approximately 50–120 people.
The complex’s average gross annual revenue is estimated at 50–60 million UAH.
