Ukrainian female athletes continue to win medals at prestigious competitions in Bulgaria. This time, our junior athletes distinguished themselves by winning two bronze medals in the individual event finals

A double bronze for Ukraine’s Sofias

Sofia Kulikova took third place on the podium in the hoop final. The Ukrainian received 24.050 points for her technical and emotional performance. Sofia was beaten only by the representatives of Italy and Bulgaria.

Sofia Krainska added another medal to the team’s tally. In the clubs routine, she demonstrated great skill, scoring 24.650 points, which secured her a confident third place. Krainska was beaten only by gymnasts from Turkey and Bulgaria.

Continuing the golden tradition

It is worth noting that the juniors’ successes were a logical continuation of the Ukrainian team’s winning streak. Recently, team leader Taisiia Onofriichuk stunned the world by winning four gold medals at the World Cup stage, which was also held in Bulgaria.
