Trump posts photo with ‘aliens’ following order to declassify UFO files
The images were posted on Trump’s social media platform, Truth Social.

Neither the US President nor the White House provided any context regarding these images.
As a reminder, in February, Trump announced that he had instructed the Pentagon to release government documents relating to extraterrestrial life and UFOs, citing the “enormous interest shown in this issue”.
Consequently, the US Department of Defence has begun to publish previously classified documentation in stages. The Pentagon stated that the public can now “form their own opinions regarding the information contained in these files”. The first batch of published materials comprises a total of 162 files, including old State Department telegrams, FBI documents and NASA transcripts of pilots’ space flights.
Trump is not the only US leader to have suddenly spoken out about aliens. Recently, former US President Barack Obama, when asked by an interviewer whether aliens exist, replied: “They exist, but I haven’t seen them, and they aren’t being held at ‘Area 51’. There are no underground facilities there, unless there is a massive conspiracy and they have kept it from the US President.”
Later, on his Instagram page, Obama explained his belief in aliens by saying that “statistically, the universe is so vast that the probability of life existing out there is quite high”.
Trump claimed that by doing so, Obama had “disclosed classified information”, even though he had no right to do so. When asked by a journalist whether Trump himself believed in aliens, the US president replied: “Well, I don’t know if they’re real or not. I can say that he disclosed classified information. He made a big mistake.”
