This was announced by Kyivmiskbud.
The Supervisory Board of Kyivmiskbud Holding Company PJSC is commencing work with a new composition.
On 21 April 2026, the company’s general meeting of shareholders was held, at which a new five-member supervisory board was elected.
It includes representatives of the Kyiv city community:
Petro Panteleev;
Volodymyr Bondarenko;
Andriy Gudz;
Oleksandr Mishchenko;
Vsevolod Komarnytskyi.
The first meeting of the renewed supervisory board is due to take place shortly. At this meeting, the chair of the board will be elected.
Valery Zasutsky, Chairman of the company’s Management Board, described the renewal of the supervisory board as another step towards stabilising Kyivmiskbud’s operations following a severe crisis.
“We welcome the newly elected members of the supervisory board. This is another step towards stabilising Kyivmiskbud’s operations following a severe crisis, as effective corporate governance is the foundation of our trust and the key to the development of the company and the community. We have now brought the situation under control and have already resumed construction on projects that are at an advanced stage of completion. Our main task is to complete work at all sites. We are not just building homes; we are building a new system of accountability,” noted Zasutsky.
The company stated that the newly formed supervisory board will allow Kyivmiskbud to focus its resources on the priority area – the completion of construction projects.
As reported by ThePublic, Ukrzaliznytsia will receive €54 million in grant funding as part of a joint project with the European Union and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
