The declaration of Oleksandr Bornyakov, acting Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, lists a significant collection of jewellery and watches belonging to his wife, Viktoria Bornyakova. The relevant data is contained in the official document of the official, according to Ukrainian News.

According to the declaration, Viktoria Bornyakova owns two platinum rings with diamonds. One of them, from Cartier, is declared at 424,050 hryvnia, while the other, from Tiffany and Co, is valued at 249,120 hryvnia. The official's wife also owns Cartier bracelets made of white and rose gold with diamonds with a total value of over 550,000 hryvnia.

The declaration separately lists a collection of luxury wristwatches. Among them are a Rolex Cosmograph Daytona worth 608,960 hryvnias, a Rolex Lady Datejust priced at over half a million hryvnias, and a Bulgari Serpenti Tubogas valued at 343,232 hryvnias. Oleksandr Bornyakov himself has declared a Ulysse Nardin watch, but its value is not specified in the document.

In addition to jewellery and watches, Viktoria Bornyakova declared a Chanel bag worth 196,420 hryvnia.

The declaration also states that the official's wife had the surname Apanasenko before marriage. She was a finalist in the Miss Ukraine 2015 contest, winner of the Princess Ukraine 2016 title, and represented Ukraine in the Miss Universe contest in 2023.
