A fire broke out at Kuwait International Airport after drones struck a fuel tank. According to preliminary reports, there are no casualties.

A fire broke out at Kuwait International Airport following a drone attack on a fuel tank. This was reported by the country’s Civil Aviation Authority, according to Anadolu.

According to the agency’s representative, Abdullah al-Raji, material damage was recorded as a result of the incident. There is currently no information regarding fatalities or injuries.

Emergency response procedures were activated after the drones struck the fuel tank. Fire crews and other services were dispatched to the scene and are continuing to extinguish the blaze.

Details regarding the source of the attack have not been specified.

This is the third such incident since the start of US and Israeli military operations against Iran and corresponding attacks by Iran.

Operations at Kuwait International Airport have been suspended. All flights have been diverted to Saudi Arabia.
