There has been a glitch in 'Reserve+': what are users complaining about?

On the morning of 1 April, the "Reserve+" app experienced a technical glitch. The service is currently unavailable.

This has been reported by users on social media. In particular, Ukrainians are complaining that they cannot access the app. When attempting to log in, the system prompts them to update the app.

“Oh dear! You have an outdated version of the app. Update Rezerv+ to use all the new features,” the message reads.

However, there is currently no new version available for update. The reasons for the technical glitch are currently unknown. There is also no information on when the app will be working again.

The Ministry of Defence has explained the reasons for the "Reserve+" failure and stated that the app will not be working for the next 24 hours.

The ministry advised users to generate an electronic military registration document on the ‘Diya’ portal.

“We apologise for the inconvenience. The technical team is working to restore the stable operation of ‘Reserve+’,” the statement reads.
