Ukraine and Denmark invest €33 million in modernising the Armed Forces training centre

The parties have already signed a letter of intent and agreed on the technical specifications of the project. It provides for the comprehensive modernisation of the infrastructure of one of the Armed Forces' training centres to enhance the training capabilities of military personnel.
According to the report, Denmark's funding will be used to upgrade the training infrastructure, improve living and sanitary conditions, purchase equipment, and use drones for military training.
A key aspect of the project is to improve the level of comfort and safety for military personnel who will be trained at the modernised centre.
Ukrainian Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov said that the modernisation of training centres is part of the transformation of the military training system and is aimed at improving the effectiveness of training.
The international charitable foundation "Come Back Alive", with which the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has previously signed a memorandum of cooperation, will be involved in the implementation of the project. The foundation will act as an implementation partner.
The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine reported that the project is part of the cooperation between Ukraine and Denmark in the field of defence and is aimed at developing the infrastructure of the Armed Forces of Ukraine's training centres.
