Ukraine has agreed a military document with the US and is synchronising its positions with Europe
Ukraine and the United States held bilateral consultations at the level of the general staffs and agreed on a separate military document. This was announced by the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andriy Hnatov following a meeting of national security advisers from European countries
According to Hnatov, the document consists of four sections and four annexes. It defines the mechanisms for supporting the Armed Forces, their provision, restoration and modernisation, as well as the procedure for monitoring the implementation of the agreements and responding to possible violations on both sides
Ukraine is currently conducting similar work with its European partners to agree on all aspects of the future peace agreement. A separate section of the negotiations is dedicated to the activities of the Coalition of the Willing
The meeting in Kyiv is attended by representatives of 15 countries, including Germany, Great Britain, France, Italy, Poland, as well as representatives of NATO, the European Council and the European Commission.
