Ukrainian bilingual school in Budapest officially recognised by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine
The bilingual Ukrainian school and gymnasium named after Taras Shevchenko in Budapest has undergone verification by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and has been officially included in the list of verified educational centres abroad.
This means that the students' academic results and the certificates issued by the school are recognised in Ukraine, opening up additional educational opportunities and prospects for further study for the children.
This was reported on the Tarasz Sevcsenko Kétnyelvű Ukrán Nemzetiségi Általános Iskola Facebook page.
The school thanked everyone who participated in the verification process and supported the institution along the way. Special mention was made of the contribution of Liliána Greksa, a representative of the Ukrainian national minority in the Hungarian Parliament, who promoted and supported the initiative.
The full list of verified Ukrainian educational centres abroad is available on the official website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
