The Cabinet of Ministers has introduced a 45-day employee reservation mechanism for defense industry enterprises and abolished the 72-hour verification period. The decision is intended to speed up production and stabilize the industry.

The government has approved a new accelerated employee reservation procedure for defense industry enterprises. From now on, applications will be considered within 45 days, and the previous mandatory 72-hour check has been abolished. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.

"We continue to improve the reservation mechanism so that enterprises, especially in the defense industry, can operate stably and retain their teams. Quick decision-making, the elimination of unnecessary delays, and the ability to reserve employees for the period of rectifying military registration violations are what businesses have long been waiting for," said Vitaliy Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.

The innovations will take effect from the date of official publication of the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution. This will allow defense industry enterprises and critical companies to quickly transition to the updated reservation mechanism and immediately take advantage of the expanded opportunities to protect their employees.
