Станом на 25 лютого частина споживачів у кількох регіонах України залишається без електропостачання через бойові дії та обстріли енергетичної інфраструктури. Обмеження діють, зокрема, у Дніпропетровській, Запорізькій, Херсонській і Харківській областях.

According to the Ministry of Energy, the power outages are related to damage to energy facilities as a result of hostilities and shelling. The ministry noted that energy companies are already working to eliminate the consequences of the attacks where the security situation allows.

"Where the security situation allows, specialists are already working to eliminate the consequences of the damage. Work is continuing non-stop to restore power and get equipment back into operation as quickly as possible," the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine said.

In addition, most regions of Ukraine are forced to implement hourly power outage schedules for consumers, while power restriction schedules are in effect for businesses. Emergency power outages have also been implemented in some regions.
