In Ukraine, it will be allowed to reserve people wanted by the TCC
The Verkhovna Rada approved in the first reading a bill that grants critical enterprises the right to hire and reserve for 45 days people whose registration documents are improperly issued.

This was reported by People's Deputy Goncharenko on Telegram. According to him, project №13335 was supported by 283 deputies.

The project proposes to supplement the law "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization" with a new section.

Critical defense industry enterprises will be granted the right to conclude an employment contract with an employee who lacks or improperly documents a military registration document and/or is not registered with the TCC.

The testing period for employment at defense enterprises cannot exceed 45 calendar days.

Employees who are liable for military service and are designated as critical in the defense-industrial complex are subject to a 45-day reservation:

- in cases where the military registration document is missing or improperly issued,

- or/and they are not registered for military service,

- or/and they have not clarified their personal data,

- or/and they are wanted, except in cases of violation of Article 336 (Evasion from conscription) and Article 337 (Evasion from military registration or training) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

If a liable employee fails to update their military registration documents within the probation period in accordance with current legislation, their dismissal is permitted.

Added 21:30: As reported by RBC-Ukraine member of the National Security, Defense and Intelligence Committee Fedir Venislavskyi, the bill on a 45-day reservation only concerns critical enterprises in the "defense" sector. According to him, this is necessary so that valuable specialists are not mobilized and are registered or have all their documents in order when employed. He added that there have been cases where an important employee came to the TCC to arrange a reservation but received a military summons.
