LELEKA on the cost of Ukraine’s entry in ‘Eurovision 2026’
Ukraine’s entry at Eurovision 2026, performed by LELEKA, is expected to cost around $300,000. The singer has stated that her team has already secured over 93% of the required budget, although just over 80% had been raised by the time she left Ukraine.

LELEKA spoke about this in a comment to “News Live”.

LELEKA, Ukraine’s representative at “Eurovision 2026”, revealed how much her performance at the international song contest will cost.

According to the singer, her team’s budget is roughly the same as that of Jerry Heil and alyona alyona in 2024.

We are talking about around 300,000 dollars.

LELEKA noted that by the time they left Ukraine, the team had raised over 80% of the required amount.

“I said that we had raised more than 80% of the budget by the time we left Ukraine… But we’re still working on it. While we were travelling by train, I kept writing letters to potential sponsors,” said the artist.

According to her, the financial issue still needs to be fully resolved, but the team has now secured over 93% of the budget.

The singer explained that the costs are significantly influenced by the technical requirements of the competition organisers.

“If we could bring every light bulb or fan from Ukraine, the budget would be small. But safety regulations prohibit this. There must be specific companies and contractors based here locally. With their own insurance and staff trained to work with this equipment. All of this affects the cost,” noted LELEKA.

Viewers will see the Ukrainian representative’s performance at “Eurovision 2026” in the second semi-final of the contest on 14 May.

Bandura player Yaroslav Dzhus is set to appear on stage alongside LELEKA.

As reported by ThePublic, “Eurovision 2026”: results of the first semi-final are in.
