After the Russian massive strike on the night of October 22, emergency power outages have been implemented in several regions.

According to ThePublic.info, Russians carried out a combined strike on Ukraine during the night of October 22; as a result of the attack by the Russian Federation in Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia, several multi-storey buildings caught fire.

As a result of the night attack in Kyiv, 19 people were injured, five of whom are children. Five adults and four children were hospitalized. Others are receiving outpatient medical assistance. This was reported by Mayor Vitali Klitschko. He also informed that two fatalities are known. Among the hospitalized injured is a 2-year-old child.

Regarding emergency power outages in Ukraine, DTEK reported. According to the press service, emergency restrictions have been introduced in the capital, Kyiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions at the instruction of NEK "Ukrenergo".

Ukrenergo, in turn, noted that emergency power outages following a massive missile and drone attack on the energy infrastructure are in effect in most Ukrainian regions. They will be canceled once energy workers stabilize the situation in the energy system.

"Repair works are ongoing where the security situation currently allows," the company stated.

In addition to Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, and the region, emergency power restrictions have also been introduced in Sumy region. AT "Sumyoblenergo" reports on the operation of emergency outage schedules for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th consumer groups.

AT "Cherkasyoblenergo" announced the implementation of emergency outage schedules across the region starting at 07:55. Power outages were also announced by the regional energy companies in Zhytomyr and Poltava regions.

Similarly, Zaporizhzhyaoblenergo reported about emergency outage schedules following enemy attacks, noting that they do not affect domestic consumers. At the same time, the Russian attack disconnected power to a number of consumers in the regional center.

According to Kirovohrad Regional State Administration head Andriy Rykovych, 27 settlements in the region have been disconnected from power supply after the combined attack by the Russian Armed Forces.
