Where can I watch the 2026 FIFA World Cup matches in Ukraine?
The 2026 FIFA World Cup will kick off on 11 June and run until 19 July. The tournament matches will be hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico.
The media service MEGOGO will be the official broadcaster of the World Cup in Ukraine. The company will broadcast all 104 matches of the tournament.
Viewing the matches will be available via subscription in the ‘Sport’ or ‘MEGOPACK’ packages. The broadcasts will be available in the ‘Sport’ section under the ‘Football’ category.
World Cup matches will be broadcast on the channels ‘MEGOGO Football One’, ‘MEGOGO Football Two’ and ‘MEGOGO Football Three’. All matches will also be available to watch on various devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops and Smart TVs.
Around 90 studio broadcasts are planned during the tournament. All matches will be broadcast with Ukrainian commentary.
Some of the matches will be available free of charge on the ‘MEGOGO SPORT’ channel, which broadcasts on the T2 network and cable networks.
The opening match of the World Cup will be between Mexico and South Africa. The match will take place on 11 June at 22:00 Kyiv time.
The Ukrainian national team failed to qualify for the final stage of the tournament. In the semi-finals of the play-offs, the Ukrainian team lost 1–3 to Sweden. The Swedish team subsequently defeated Poland 3–2 in the play-off final to secure their place at the World Cup.
The Ukrainian national team has not appeared at the World Cup since 2006, when the team, led by Oleg Blokhin, reached the quarter-finals of the tournament.
