Zelensky will not dismiss Yermak for now – sources
Andriy Yermak
After the high-profile investigation by NABU "Midas," key government officials advised the president to make tough personnel decisions.

President Volodymyr Zelensky has currently decided not to replace the head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, despite public dissatisfaction with his activities and some statements from government officials. This was reported by MP from the "Holos" Yaroslav Zheleznyak and sources from Ukrainska Pravda within political circles.

Zheleznyak wrote that "the president has made the decision not to dismiss Yermak." According to the MP, the president will leave him in place to "launch a counterattack against all those involved in 'MindichGate'."

Sources from UP also confirm that the president has so far decided not to dismiss the head of the Office.

What preceded this:

  • Key government officials close to President Volodymyr Zelensky, after the resonant NABU investigation "Midas," advised him to dismiss the head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak.
  • Member of Parliament Mykyta Poturaiev published a statement from representatives of the "Servant of the People" faction, demanding to start creating a new coalition in the Verkhovna Rada, and then form a "Government of National Resilience."
