Zelensky warns of possible new massive Russian attack at night
Do not ignore airborne alarms
The President of Ukraine said that a massive Russian strike was likely on the night of 9 January and urged citizens not to ignore air alerts.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that a new massive Russian strike is likely to take place overnight and urged citizens not to ignore air raid warnings. The head of state said this in his address on Telegram.

«It is very important to pay attention to air raid warnings today, tomorrow, constantly, to go down to the shelter. The Russians are unchanged: they are trying to take advantage of the weather," Zelensky said

The President also said that after the strikes on infrastructure facilities in Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia regions, an extremely difficult situation with electricity supply and basic needs has developed

According to him, the necessary resources have already been attracted to stabilise the situation
