Zelensky travels to the UK: date of visit announced
The President of Ukraine will visit Great Britain on December 8, 2025. He announced this during the Military Prayer Breakfast.
The main goal of the trip is to negotiate with the leadership of Great Britain and other European partners, including Prime Minister Kiro Starmer. It is expected that during the visit, discussions will focus on further assistance to Ukraine, security guarantees, and international agreements regarding peace.
This is not the first recent visit of Zelensky to London: the last time he was in Great Britain was on October 24, where he met with the British king and prime minister.
During the trip, a series of diplomatic events are planned aimed at strengthening the Western coalition in support of Ukraine and discussing prospects for the post-war order. In the context of Russia's ongoing war against Ukraine, this visit could serve as an important signal of international solidarity.
