Salaries of up to 2 million hryvnias and savings in the millions: what the deputy chairmen of the Sumy Regional Council declared
Four deputy chairmen of the Sumy Regional Council declared salaries ranging from 1.6 million UAH to nearly 2 million UAH in their 2025 declarations, along with cash savings, flats, plots of land, cars, loans and investments in property. Separately, the regional council disclosed the system of allowances, monthly bonuses and financial assistance for these officials.
Unsubstantiated assets worth 368 million hryvnias: what was uncovered regarding the heads of regional TCCs
Suspilne analysed 62 former and current heads of regional anti-corruption centres and specialised units who served between 2022 and 2026, and found that at least nine findings by the National Agency for Corruption Prevention (NAZK) concerned indications of illicit enrichment totalling 367,927,245 UAH. The focus was on both the most high-profile figures in criminal proceedings and officials whose assets, according to journalists’ estimates, corresponded to their official incomes or had remained unchanged since the start of the full-scale war.
