The Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office seeks to seize assets belonging to the family of a State Space Agency official worth over 6.4 million hryvnias
A prosecutor from the Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office has filed a claim with the High Anti-Corruption Court seeking a ruling that the assets held by the family of the acting head of the State Space Agency of Ukraine are of unjustified origin. The assets in question are worth over 6.4 million hryvnias.

Vitalii Gersak, the former head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) office in the Mykolaiv region, has been notified that he is under investigation for illicit enrichment. According to the investigation, between 2020 and 2021 he acquired assets worth more than 22.6 million hryvnias in excess of his family’s official income.
NBU Governor Pyshnyy is accused of being involved in a scheme involving an art gallery
Andriy Pyshnyy, Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine, and his wife Lyudmyla Pyshna have been accused of using the Art Ukraine Gallery to allegedly obtain undue benefits from financial institutions. The authors of an investigation circulating online claim that this involves the purchase of lots and transfers via entities linked to Lyudmyla Pyshna.

The Supreme Court has declared invalid the results of the tender, the special permit and the sale and purchase agreement relating to the Priazovskoye gas field, which, according to the Office of the Prosecutor General, was being attempted to be sold for a sum tens of times lower than the starting price. This is one of Ukraine’s oldest gas fields, with reserves of over 2.2 billion cubic metres of gas.
At the state-owned PrivatBank, a board member’s salary exceeded $60,000
Anton Razumny, a member of the board of the state-owned PrivatBank, received a salary of 30.5 million hryvnias in 2025. On average, this amounts to 2.54 million hryvnias, or around 62,000 dollars, per month; and during the full-scale war, his annual income in this role increased sixfold, according to the figures cited in the publication.
The High Anti-Corruption Court has extended the questioning of Labazuk in the case concerning the bribery of Kubrakov and Nayem
On 21 April, the High Anti-Corruption Court continued the questioning of MP Serhiy Labazuk, who is accused of attempting to bribe Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction Oleksandr Kubrakov and the head of the State Agency for Reconstruction, Mustafa Nayem. During the questioning, the MP presented his version of events, insisting that the decision to offer an unlawful benefit was the result of pressure from the established system of access to contracts.
