The Verkhovna Rada’s Law Enforcement Committee has backed Bill No. 15294, which proposes to decriminalise pornography involving consenting adults and to increase penalties for the production and distribution of child pornography. The bill provides for amendments to Articles 301–303 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
