An app has been launched in Ukraine to support businesses run by veterans

‘Veteran Guide’ helps users quickly find establishments and services that offer special terms for combat veterans. Within the app, users can view information about establishments, use the search function and map, add places to their favourites, leave reviews and plan a route.

To reduce the number of fake reviews, the developer has restricted the ability to leave reviews to users with verified combat veteran status.

“Essentially, it’s a platform for building a reputation: if you provide high-quality services and offer discounts, you earn the community’s trust. At the same time, users can see verified service providers and support the initiatives of their comrades,” said Viktor Bogoyavlensky.

In the future, the team plans to expand the service’s functionality and grow the community around it.
