Over the past day, there were 130 combat clashes between the Ukrainian Defence Forces and Russian troops on the front line. The largest number of enemy attacks was recorded in the Pokrovsk direction.

Defence forces continue to repel attempts by Russian troops to improve their tactical position and advance deeper into Ukrainian territory.

According to information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as of 08:00 on 10 March 2026, 130 combat engagements were recorded on the front line over the past day.

Russian troops launched two missile strikes using three missiles. They also carried out 90 air strikes, during which 251 guided bombs were dropped.

In addition, the enemy used 9,812 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,887 shellings of Ukrainian troops' positions and populated areas. Among them, 84 shellings were carried out with multiple launch rocket systems.

Air strikes were recorded, in particular, in the areas of the settlements of Pokrovske, Kolomiitsy, Chornenkove, Pysantsi, Gavrylivka, and Orly in the Dnipropetrovsk region. In the Zaporizhzhia region, strikes were carried out near the settlements of Vozdvyzhivka, Svitla Dolyna, Novosoloshine, Barvinivka, Novoselivka, Pryluky, Charivne, Huliaipilske, Lisne, Kopani, Dolynka, Hirke, Veselyanka, and Primorske.

Ukrainian aviation, missile forces, and artillery struck three areas where Russian troops and equipment were concentrated during the day. Four unmanned aerial vehicle control points, four artillery systems, one warehouse, and two other important Russian military facilities were also hit.

In the North Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, Russian troops carried out 115 attacks on Ukrainian military positions and populated areas. Four of them were carried out with multiple launch rocket systems. The enemy also carried out four air strikes using eight guided aerial bombs.

In the South Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy made three attempts to break through the defences of Ukrainian units in the direction of the settlements of Popivka and Lyman.

In the Kupiansk direction, two attacks by Russian troops in the direction of Novoplatonivka were recorded.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy carried out five attacks in the direction of the settlements of Stavy, Lyman, Drobysheve and near Zarichne.

In the Sloviansk direction, Ukrainian troops stopped 11 attempts by Russian units to advance towards Riznykivka and in the areas of Zakitne, Platonivka and Fedorivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, one enemy attack was recorded in the Nikiforivka area.

In the Kostiantynivka direction, Russian troops carried out 13 attacks in the areas of Kostiantynivka, Ivanopil, Illinivka, Rusyne Yar and Sofiivka.

The most active combat operations were recorded in the Pokrovsk direction. Here, Ukrainian units repelled 29 enemy assaults in the areas of Chervonyi Lyman, Nikanorivka, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Hryshyne, Molodetsk, Kotlyn, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, and in the direction of Vilne and Novooleksandrivka.

In the Huliaipole direction, there were 28 attacks by Russian troops in the areas of Mirny, Luhivske, Huliaipole, and in the direction of the settlements of Zaliznychne, Varvarivka, Staroukrainka, Zelenе, and Olenokostiantivka.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, five attacks were recorded in the areas of Ivanivka, Dobropillia, Ternove, Berezove, and Novyi Zaporizhzhia.

In the Orikhiv direction, there was one combat engagement in the direction of Primorske.

No enemy assault operations were recorded in the Prydniprovsk direction.

In the Volyn and Polissya directions, there were no signs of the formation of offensive groups of Russian troops.

According to the General Staff, Russian troops lost 950 soldiers in 24 hours. Thirteen tanks, seven armoured combat vehicles, 73 artillery systems, four multiple launch rocket systems, two air defence systems, 2,169 drones, 221 vehicles and four pieces of special equipment were also destroyed.

Ukrainian troops continue to defend and hold back the Russian offensive on various sections of the front line.
