The 1,492nd day of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine has begun. The defence forces continue to repel the enemy’s advance and are inflicting casualties across various fronts.

The overall situation on the front line

Over the past 24 hours, 158 combat engagements were recorded. Russian forces attempted to improve their position and advance deeper into Ukrainian territory.

The enemy carried out 70 air strikes, dropped 231 guided bombs, deployed 9,414 kamikaze drones and fired 4,184 rounds at Ukrainian military positions and populated areas, 131 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.

Air strikes were recorded, in particular, in the Dnipropetrovsk region in the areas of Velykomykhailivka, Havrylivka, Pidhavrylivka, Kolomytsi, Novoselivka and Khrystoforivka. In the Zaporizhzhia region, Vozdvizhivka, Huliaipilske, Yegorivka, Shyroke, Kopani, Dolynka, Verkhnia Tersa, Kamianka, Voskresenka, Barvinivka, Novosoloshyne, Liubymivka, Veselyanka and Novooleksandrivka came under attack.

Ukrainian aviation, missile forces and artillery struck one drone control centre and eight areas where enemy personnel and equipment were concentrated.

Northern and border sectors

Three clashes were recorded over the past 24 hours in the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors. The enemy carried out 89 shelling attacks, including four using multiple launch rocket systems, and launched one air strike using four guided bombs.

In the Southern Slobozhanskyi sector, the enemy made three attempts to breach the defences towards Staritsa, Zybynove and Okhrimivka.

Eastern Front

In the Kupiansk direction, Russian troops attacked four times towards Nova Kruhlyakivka, Kurylivka and Platonivka.

In the Lyman sector, six attacks were recorded in the directions of Drobysheve, Lyman, Dibrova and in the Kopanok area.

In the Sloviansk direction, Ukrainian forces repelled eight enemy advances in the areas of Zakitne, Riznykivka, Platonivka and towards Rai-Oleksandrivka.

In the Kramatorsk sector, there was one assault attempt in the Chasovyi Yar area.

In the Kostiantynivka sector, the enemy carried out 16 attacks in the areas of Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Novopavlivka and towards Illinivka and Toretsk.

Pokrovsk and neighbouring sectors

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 44 enemy assaults. Fighting continued in the areas of Bilytske, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, Novopidhorodne, Molodetske, Horikove, Svitle, Novosergiivka, and in the directions of Novyi Donbas, Novooleksandrivka, Hryshyne and Shevchenko.

In the Oleksandrivka sector, the enemy attacked three times in the areas of Ternove, Oleksandrohrad and Krasnohirsk.

Southern Front

In the Huliaipole sector, 17 attacks took place in the areas of Huliaipole, Varvarivka, Olenokostiantynivka and in the directions of Zaliznychne and Myrne.

In the Orikhiv sector, the enemy attacked in the area of Primorske.

In the Dnipro sector, two assaults were recorded in the directions of Antonivsky Bridge and Bilohrudy Island.

In the Volyn and Polissya sectors, no signs of offensive groupings being formed were detected.

Russian military losses

Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces have lost 1,210 personnel. One tank, four armoured fighting vehicles, 49 artillery systems, two multiple launch rocket systems, one air defence system, 2,038 drones, 201 vehicles and two pieces of specialised equipment were also destroyed.

Ukrainian defence forces continue to hold their positions and inflict losses on the enemy across the entire front line.
