Over the past day, 137 combat clashes were recorded on the front line. Russian troops were most active in the Kostyantynivka, Pokrovsk, and Huliaipole directions.

The 1,477th day of large-scale armed aggression by the Russian Federation against Ukraine has begun.

The Ukrainian defence forces continue to repel attempts by Russian troops to improve their positions and advance deeper into the country, inflicting losses on the enemy in terms of manpower and equipment.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 137 combat clashes were recorded on the front line over the past day.

Russian troops carried out 85 air strikes, during which they used 262 guided bombs. The enemy also used 9,378 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,817 shelling attacks on Ukrainian military positions and populated areas, 96 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.

Air strikes were recorded, in particular, in the areas of the settlements of Ivanivka, Pokrovske, Prosiana, Oleksandrivka and Chornenkove in the Dnipropetrovsk region, as well as Vozdvyzhivka, Novoselivka, Charivne, Dolynka, Shcherbaky, Blakytne and Veselyanka in the Zaporizhzhia region. Strikes were also recorded in the area of the settlement of Kozatske in the Kherson region.

Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian aviation, missile forces and artillery struck ten areas where enemy forces and equipment were concentrated, five command posts, one warehouse, two artillery systems and another important Russian military facility.

In the North Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, the enemy carried out 127 attacks on the positions of Ukrainian troops and settlements, including three with multiple launch rocket systems. Three air strikes were also carried out using 11 guided aerial bombs.

In the South Slobozhanskyi direction, Russian troops twice attempted to break through the defences in the areas of the settlements of Zybino and Vovchansk.

In the Kupiansk direction, four enemy attacks were recorded near Petropavlivka and Novoplatonivka.

In the Lyman direction, Russian troops carried out four attacks in the areas of Drobysheve and Stavky.

In the Sloviansk direction, Ukrainian troops stopped ten attempts by the enemy to advance in the areas of Zakitne, Rai Oleksandrivka, Dronivka, Platonivka, Riznykivka, Yampil, and Pazeno.

No enemy assaults were recorded in the Kramatorsk direction.

The largest number of attacks was recorded in the Kostyantynivka direction, where Russian troops carried out 20 assaults near Kostyantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopil, Illinivka, Sofiivka, Novopavlivka, Rusyn Yar, and Stepanivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian troops stopped 21 enemy assaults in the areas of Novy Donbas, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Shevchenko, Hryshyne, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, Novopavlivka, and Novopidhorodne.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy attacked three times in the areas of Ternove and Novohryhorivka.

In the Huliaipole direction, there were 21 combat clashes near Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Huliaipole, Zarichne, Varvarivka, Luhivske, Myrne, Hyrke, Sviatopetrivka, and Staroukrainka.

In the Orikhiv direction, Russian troops twice attempted to improve their positions near Shcherbakiv and Pavlivka.

In the Dnipro direction, the enemy attacked in the area of Velykyi Vilkovyi Island.

In the Volyn and Polissya directions, there were no signs of the formation of offensive groups of Russian troops.

According to the General Staff, Russian troops lost 990 personnel during the day. Five tanks, three armoured combat vehicles, 61 artillery systems, one multiple launch rocket system, 2,157 unmanned aerial vehicles, 281 vehicles and one piece of special equipment were also destroyed.
