Detectives arrived at the main office of the tax service and offices in several regions, the reasons are not disclosed at this time

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau is conducting searches at the central office of the State Tax Service of Ukraine. This was reported by ET to the publication by a source in the agency. In addition to Kyiv, investigative actions are continuing in the regional offices of the State Tax Service in Khmelnytskyi, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Lviv regions.

The official reasons for the searches have not been disclosed, but sources do not rule out that this may be related to the investigation of large-scale corruption in the energy sector. Details of the case are not currently being disclosed.

The State Tax Service has not publicly commented on the situation. The NABU has also not released any information about the materials seized or the suspects.
