The enemy’s main objective is to increase the number of civilian casualties.

Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Centre for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine, reported this on Telegram.

“The main aim of the Russians in such attacks in the middle of the day is to increase the number of civilian casualties,” noted Kovalenko.

That is precisely why, he said, the combined attack is taking place on a working day using a large number of drones and missiles.

"Take care of yourselves, take alerts seriously, and stay in safe places," the head of the Centre urged Ukrainians.
