On the night of Saturday 28 March, Ukraine officially switched to summer time, moving the clocks forward by one hour. Although most devices update automatically, glitches do sometimes occur

 This is reported by Storinka.com.ua.

The quickest way to check the time is to use Google Search by entering the query ‘current time in Ukraine’. The system will instantly display the latest information directly below the search bar. For mobile users, there is a handy and free command: dial *160# on your phone and press the call button. You will receive an SMS in reply with the exact time, date and day of the week — the service works even if you have no credit.

If you only have a landline to hand, the classic time service is available on 121. As a reminder, in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 509, from today Ukraine is on Eastern European Summer Time (UTC+3). The longer daylight hours will allow the country to make more effective use of natural light.

The switch to summer time traditionally takes place on the last Sunday in March. Although discussions about the advisability of such changes continue, the procedure remains unchanged in 2026. Next time, we will adjust the time in the autumn — on the last Sunday in October, when we return to the standard winter schedule.
