On Sunday, 12 July, cloudy weather with rain is expected across Ukraine. Rain is forecast for most regions, whilst in the south of the country it will be sunny in places with no significant rainfall

This has been reported by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Centre.

Where will it be warmest?

The warmest weather is expected in the southern regions. In the Odesa region, daytime temperatures will reach +22…+24°, whilst in the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions they will reach +24…+26°.  In the central regions, temperatures will mostly range from +20 to +24°, and in the east from +21 to +27°.

It will be cooler in the west and north

In the western regions, daytime temperatures are expected to reach +18…+22°, whilst in the Carpathian region they will be around +19…+21°. In the north of Ukraine, thermometers will show +20…+24°, whilst night-time temperatures will range from +11° to +16°.

Rain is forecast in most regions

According to weather forecasters, short showers will occur in most regions of the country. Meanwhile, in some southern regions, particularly in the Odesa, Mykolaiv and Kherson regions, variable cloud cover with sunny spells is expected. The wind will be mainly moderate, with no hazardous weather conditions.
