Special Operations Forces units struck two strategic targets of Russia's oil refining infrastructure
Special forces attacked the Sterlitamak Oil Refinery in the Republic of Bashkortostan

Special forces struck the Sterlitamak Oil Refinery in the Republic of Bashkortostan (more than 1300 kilometers from the Ukrainian border). The enterprise is the main producer of components for aviation kerosene, rubbers, and ionol. The plant plays a strategic role for Russia's defense industrial complex, as well as for filling the Russian budget. Local authorities confirmed explosions and destruction on the territory of the enterprise.

Also, the SOF confirmed that in cooperation with the GUR and SBS, they struck one of Russia's largest oil refineries – the Nizhny Novgorod Oil Refinery.
