Where thunderstorms are forecast
Thunderstorms are expected on 10 May in the central, southern and parts of the northern regions. In particular, thunderstorms are forecast in the areas of Kyiv, Chernihiv, Dnipro, Kropyvnytskyi, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Kherson and Crimea. No significant rainfall is expected in most western regions, where cloudy weather with sunny spells will prevail.
What will the temperature be?
It will be warmest in the eastern regions. In the Luhansk region, daytime temperatures will reach +27 degrees, and in the Donetsk and Kharkiv regions, up to +25 degrees. In the southern regions, temperatures will range from +21 to +25 degrees. In Kyiv, forecasters predict +12…+14 degrees at night and up to +17 degrees during the day. It will be cooler in the west of the country. In Lviv, Lutsk and Uzhhorod, daytime temperatures will range from +15 to +17 degrees. According to the forecast, the weather in Ukraine will remain changeable. Short-lived showers and thunderstorms are possible in some regions, whilst warmer air will persist in the east and south.
