Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin said that "the fighting in Ukraine will stop when the Ukrainian Armed Forces leave the territories they occupy in Donbas".

The Kremlin's leader Vladimir Putin stated that "hostilities in Ukraine will cease when the Armed Forces of Ukraine leave the territories they occupy in Donbas." He said this to journalists during a state visit to Kyrgyzstan, reports Ukrainian Pravda.

"The Ukrainian troops will leave the territories they occupy – then hostilities will stop. If they do not leave – then we will achieve this through military means."

Recall: Against the backdrop of a difficult situation on the front, the USA, European partners, and Ukraine are discussing options for a "peace plan," the first version of which was proposed by the administration of U.S. President Donald Trump.

The media reported that this draft peace plan, which demands numerous concessions from Ukraine, including territorial ones, is a version imposed by the Kremlin.
