Russia struck the Zaporizhzhia region with KAB missiles
On 28 February, an 86-year-old woman was killed in the Zaporizhzhia region as a result of a Russian attack. This was reported in a telegram by Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.
According to him, Russian troops launched three strikes with guided aerial bombs (GAB). The shelling destroyed residential buildings, caused a fire, and the blast wave damaged neighbouring houses.
Emergency and utility services are working at the scene to deal with the aftermath of the strike.
