Russian troops have attacked a number of regions in Ukraine over the past 24 hours; there have been fatalities and dozens of people have been injured
Zaporizhzhia Region
Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces have carried out 787 strikes on 39 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region.
Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, reported that two people were injured as a result of the attacks on the Zaporizhzhia district.
According to him, 82 reports were received regarding damage to homes, vehicles and infrastructure.
Kherson region
In the Kherson region, ten people, including one child, were injured in Russian attacks over the past 24 hours.
The head of the regional state administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported that eight private homes and a gas pipeline were damaged as a result of the shelling.
Dnipropetrovsk region
Russian troops attacked three districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region around ten times.
According to Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, the communities of Nikopol, Pokrovska, Marganetska, Chervonohryhorivska and Tomakivska came under fire.
In the region, a business, private homes, a farm building and a car were damaged.
Russian troops also attacked Verkhivtseve in the Kamyanske district, as well as the Ukrainska and Petropavlivska communities in the Synelnykivskyi district.
Donetsk region
Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops killed two residents of the Donetsk region.
The head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Vadym Filashkin, reported that the people were killed in Yasnogorka, Kramatorsk City Community.
A further 21 people were injured.
Odesa region
In Odesa, one person was killed and three others were injured as a result of a Russian attack.
The State Emergency Service reported that an infrastructure facility had been damaged. A fire broke out at the site of the strike, which was extinguished by rescue workers.
According to the service, attempts were made to resuscitate the man, but he could not be saved.
Twenty-one rescue workers and six pieces of equipment were deployed to deal with the aftermath.
Poltava region
In the Poltava region, a residential area and infrastructure facilities were damaged as a result of a Russian attack.
In the Poltava district, a residential building where an elderly woman lived was destroyed.
Rescuers extracted the victim from the rubble and handed her over to medics.
Fires that broke out following the strikes were extinguished. The operation involved 82 rescue workers and 21 pieces of equipment.
Chernihiv region
In the Koryukivka district of the Chernihiv region, a fire broke out in the ecosystem following the crash of a Russian drone.
According to the State Emergency Service, natural vegetation and dry plant matter caught fire across an area of around seven hectares.
Rescue workers extinguished the fire and prevented it from spreading further.
Kharkiv region
Over the past 24 hours, Kharkiv and 14 other settlements in the region came under Russian attack.
Oleg Synyegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, reported that three people were killed and a further 33 injured.
Two people were killed in Derhachi. Four women and 20 men were also injured.
In addition, the transit evacuation centre in Lozova received 211 people over the past 24 hours. Since it began operating, 36,099 people have been registered there.
Sumy region
Three people were injured in Romny as a result of Russian strikes
Residential buildings and infrastructure were hit. Due to the threat of further attacks, rescue workers temporarily suspended operations and moved to a safe location.
All fires have now been extinguished.
