This was announced by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
OFAC announced an update to the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List. The announcement specifically refers to the removal of a number of individuals and entities from the list as part of the ‘Russia-related Designations Removals’. The date of publication is 18 March 2026.
Yevgeniya Sergeyevna Tyurikova, also known by the surnames Dyatkova and Smirnova, a Russian citizen born on 25 September 1975 in Sevastopol, Ukraine, has been removed from the sanctions list. Boris Gennadievich Vorontsov, born on 16 February 1978, has also been removed from the list.
In addition, OFAC removed from the list the Turkish company TURKEN DIJITAL MATBAA TEKNOLOJILERI BILGISAYAR BILISIM KIRTASIYE FOTOGRAFCILIK SANAYI VE DIS TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI, founded in 2007, Turkish national Berk Turken, as well as the Turkish company BSB GRUP INTERNET VE YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJILERI ANONIM SIRKETI, known as BSB GROUP, established in 2021.
Separately, the list of removals includes FUTURIS FZE, registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. In all these entries, OFAC had previously indicated a link to the RUSSIA-EO14024 sanctions programme.
The update means that the individuals and companies listed are no longer on the SDN List under this sanctions regime. The official OFAC statement provides only the list of removals, without explaining the reasons for the change in status.
The official OFAC release also states that there are no other administrative changes in the notice unrelated to this update.
