The General Staff has reported on the Russian army’s casualties over the past 24 hours
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has published updated figures on combat losses suffered by Russian troops as of 10 July 2026.
According to the military command, since the start of the full-scale invasion on 24 February 2022, Russia has lost around 1,416,280 military personnel. Over the past 24 hours, losses amounted to 1,460 personnel.
The Russian army has also lost 12,108 tanks, including one over the past day; 24,912 armoured fighting vehicles, including six over the past day; 45,680 artillery systems, including 52 over the past day; 1,923 multiple launch rocket systems, one of which was lost in the past 24 hours, and 1,481 air defence systems, two of which were lost in the past 24 hours.
In addition, 437 aircraft, 353 helicopters and 1,865 ground-based robotic systems – eight of which were destroyed in the last 24 hours – 400,631 tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicles, of which 1,868 were destroyed in the past 24 hours, as well as 4,887 cruise missiles.
Total losses suffered by Russian forces also include 33 ships and boats, two submarines, 118,249 vehicles and tankers, of which 339 were lost in the past 24 hours, as well as 4,402 units of specialised equipment.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted that the figures are being finalised.
