The Russian army's casualties have exceeded 1.37 million soldiers
As of 10 June 2026, the total combat losses of Russian forces since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine have reached approximately 1,377,510 personnel. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian army lost a further 1,190 soldiers in the past 24 hours alone.
Since the start of the major war, Russia has also lost 12,004 tanks, 24,717 armoured fighting vehicles, 43,713 artillery systems, 1,857 multiple launch rocket systems and 1,414 air defence systems.
Russian air force losses amount to 436 aircraft and 353 helicopters. In addition, 340,531 tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicles, 4,733 cruise missiles, 33 ships or boats and two submarines have been destroyed.
According to the General Staff, over the past 24 hours the Russian army has lost three tanks, seven armoured fighting vehicles, 74 artillery systems, six multiple launch rocket systems and three air defence systems.
Ukrainian defenders also destroyed 2,204 operational-tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicles, 376 vehicles and tankers, five ground-based robotic systems and four units of specialised equipment.
The total number of Russian vehicles and tankers destroyed since the start of the invasion stands at 105,172, and the total number of specialised equipment at 4,267.
