The Reserve+ app has experienced a major malfunction: users are unable to log in.
Failure in the "Reserve +" application
On 10 March, the mobile application "Reserve+" experienced a major technical failure. Users of the electronic office for conscripts, military personnel and reservists are reporting en masse that they are unable to log into the system.

According to users, when attempting to open the application, the following message appears on the screen: "Something strange has happened. Please try again later."

This means that the system effectively blocks access to personal data and services in the app.

Due to the malfunction, many users of the electronic office for conscripts, military personnel and reservists cannot log into the application.

Users are advised not to worry and to try logging into the system later.

At the same time, conscripts are advised to carry paper military registration documents with them until the service is fully restored.

According to preliminary information, the access problems may be related to a technical update of the mobile application. At the same time, there are currently no official detailed explanations for the reasons for the failure.

Similar technical problems with Rezerv+ have occurred before. In particular, on 29 January, users also reported malfunctions after the application was updated.

At that time, many were unable to log into the application or download their data, and the system reported technical malfunctions or a lack of connection.
