Russian attacks have resulted in deaths and injuries across several regions of Ukraine

Russian troops continue to shell towns and villages in various regions of Ukraine. The attacks have resulted in casualties and significant damage.

One person has been killed in the Izmail district of the Odesa region as a result of a Russian attack. In the evening, the enemy struck a residential area, destroying a private house and causing a fire to break out. Six neighbouring houses were also damaged. Firefighters have extinguished the blaze. According to preliminary reports, one person has been killed and another injured.

In the Kharkiv region, a drone struck the roof of a two-storey residential building in the village of Shevchenkove, Kupianskyi district, during the night. The strike caused a fire, which was extinguished by State Emergency Service units. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties or injuries.

In Chernihiv and the Chernihiv district, around 150,000 customers were left without power due to damage to an energy facility. Chernihivoblenergo JSC stated that emergency repair work would begin once the security situation had stabilised.

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, Russian troops attacked the Nikopol, Dnipro and Synelnykiv districts more than ten times using drones and artillery. In the Synelnykiv district, the communities of Mezhivska, Mykolaivska and Rozdorska came under fire, where a fire broke out on a farm, private homes were damaged and a car was destroyed.

In the Nikopol district, Nikopol and the Chervonohryhorivska community were attacked. A fire broke out in a farm building there, and an agricultural enterprise, a bank, shops, an administrative building, and private and multi-storey houses were damaged. An 18-year-old girl was injured and is receiving outpatient treatment.

In the Novooleksandrivka community of the Dniprovskyi district, a fire also broke out and infrastructure was damaged. A 59-year-old man was injured and will receive outpatient treatment.

In the Sumy region, 40 settlements in the Sumy, Shostka, Konotop and Okhtyrka districts came under fire over the past 24 hours. In the Sumy community, a 65-year-old man was injured, and three private houses, three cars and a garage were damaged. In the Esmanska community, two men aged 62 and 60 were wounded, and a car was also damaged.

In the Kherson region, Russian troops attacked 44 settlements using drones, aircraft and artillery. One person was killed and eight others were injured as a result of the shelling. A multi-storey building, 36 private homes, an administrative building, farm buildings, a warehouse and a car were damaged. Four people were evacuated from the de-occupied communities.
