What information must be included on the staff ID card for TCC and SP employees?
Martial law and general mobilisation remain in force in Ukraine, during which men liable for military service are being issued with call-up papers.
Staff at regional recruitment and social support centres, who are authorised to check citizens’ military registration documents and issue call-up papers, must carry an official ID card.
The form of the official identification card for a person authorised to issue summonses is approved by Resolution No. 748 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 18 June 2024.
The document is issued by order of the relevant head, in particular the chair or head of a regional, city or district state administration or military administration.
The certificate is signed by the head of the administration and certified with an official seal.
The document is valid only within the territory covered by the relevant administration. Furthermore, the certificate is valid only in conjunction with a passport, military ID card or officer’s certificate.
The official ID card of a TCC and SP employee must be provided at the request of a Ukrainian citizen.
The service certificate of a TCC employee authorised to serve summonses must include:
- a photograph of the document holder;
- surname, first name and patronymic;
- the name of the administrative-territorial unit where the person is authorised to serve summonses;
- the date until which the document is valid;
- the signature of the head of the military administration.
