Over the past 24 hours, 177 combat engagements were recorded along the front line. The Pokrovsk sector saw the highest number of attacks.

The 1,527th day of the Russian Federation’s large-scale armed aggression against Ukraine has begun.

Over the past 24 hours, 177 combat engagements were recorded. The enemy launched two missile strikes using two missiles, carried out 69 air strikes, dropping 226 guided bombs. It also deployed 9,683 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,326 shelling attacks on Ukrainian military positions and populated areas, including 48 from multiple launch rocket systems.

Air strikes were carried out, in particular, on the areas around the settlements of Tovstodubove and Vilna Sloboda in Sumy Oblast, Tykhe and Velykomykhailivka in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, as well as a number of settlements in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, including Zirnytsia, Hirke, Kopani, Barvinivka, Shyroke, Novoselivka, Omelnyk, Mykilsk, Mala Tokmachka, Zarichne, Novooleksandrivka, Vozdvyzhivka, Lyubytske, Hulyaypilsk, Dolynka, Charivne, Tavriiske and Orikhiv.

The Defence Forces’ aviation, missile forces and artillery struck 15 areas where enemy personnel were concentrated, two command posts, an air defence system and a drone control centre.

Five clashes took place in the Northern Slobozhanskyi and Kursk sectors. The enemy carried out two air strikes using five guided bombs and conducted 84 shelling attacks, including two from multiple launch rocket systems.

In the Southern Slobozhanskyi sector, nine attacks were recorded in the areas of Vovchansk, Starytsia, Vovchanski Khutory, Okhrimivka and Krasne Pershe.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attacked three times in the directions of Novoosynove, Hlushevka and Kupiansk.

In the Lyman direction, seven attacks took place towards Drobysheve, Stavky and Lyman.

In the Sloviansk sector, seven assaults were recorded in the direction of Rai-Oleksandrivka and in the areas of Yampil, Zakitne and Riznykivka.

In the Kramatorsk sector, the enemy carried out one attack in the direction of Nykyforivka.

In the Kostiantynivka sector, 22 attacks were recorded near Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopil, Illinivka, Rusyno Yar, Oleksandro-Shultynivka and Stepanivka.

The most intense fighting took place in the Pokrovsk sector, where Ukrainian forces repelled 41 enemy assaults in the directions of Novopavlivka, Bilytske, Dorozhne, Vilne, Serhiivka, Kuchero-Yar, and in the areas of Rodynske, Novooleksandrivka, Nikanorivka, Rivne, Molodetske, Pokrovsk, Hryshyne, Kotlyne, Udachne, Muravka and Novopidhorodne.

In the Oleksandrivka sector, the enemy launched six attacks in the directions of Oleksandrohrad, Kalynivka and Novozaporizhzhia.

In the Huliaipole sector, there were 24 attacks in the areas of Pryluky, Olenokostiantynivka, Dobropillia, Varvarivka, Huliaipole, and in the directions of Zaliznychne, Staroukrainka, Huliaipole, Sviatopetrivka, Tsvitkove and Charivne.

In the Orikhiv sector, one attack was recorded in the direction of Novoandriivka.

In the Dnipro direction, Ukrainian forces repelled four assaults in the area of the Antonivsky Bridge and Bilohrudy Island.

In the Volyn and Polissya sectors, no signs of the enemy forming offensive groups were detected.

Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces suffered 1,470 casualties. Seven tanks, seven armoured fighting vehicles, 119 artillery systems, one multiple launch rocket system, two helicopters, 1,327 drones, 375 vehicles and two pieces of specialised equipment were also destroyed.
