20 000 грн за відновлення: Кабмін розширив програму виплат для комунальників
This concerns the expansion of a pilot scheme providing state support to employees in the fuel and energy sector, the housing and utilities sector, and the rail transport sector.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Development.
The updated list includes, in particular, housing maintenance companies, public works companies and other organisations whose employees were involved in clearing up the damage caused between January and March 2026.
Under the scheme, the state provides additional financial support to specialists working on the restoration of facilities damaged as a result of Russian shelling. Employees involved in such work receive a supplement of 20,000 UAH.
The first payments for January have already been received by over 4,700 employees in the utilities sector and rail transport. The processing of payments for February is scheduled to be completed by the end of March.
At the same time, employees of enterprises added to the list will also be eligible for compensation for January and February 2026, provided they are involved in emergency repair work. Lists of such enterprises will be drawn up by regional and Kyiv city military administrations and submitted to the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development.
