All the quarter-final fixtures for the 2026 World Cup have been decided
Following the round of 16 matches at the 2026 World Cup, all the quarter-final fixtures have now been decided. The matches at this stage will take place from 9 to 12 July.
In the first quarter-final on 9 July at 23:00 Kyiv time, France will face Morocco.
On 10 July at 22:00, Spain will play Belgium.
In the early hours of 12 July at 00:00, Norway will play England, and at 04:00, Argentina will face Switzerland.

The winner of the France v Morocco match will face the winner of the Spain v Belgium match in the semi-finals. The other semi-final will be contested by the winners of the Norway v England and Argentina v Switzerland matches.
The 2026 World Cup runs from 11 June to 19 July in the USA, Mexico and Canada. This is the first World Cup to feature 48 national teams, the largest number in the tournament’s history. Whilst the World Cup featured 32 teams from 1998 to 2022, this year’s tournament comprises 104 matches and will last 39 days, making it the longest in the tournament’s history.
Argentina remain the reigning world champions, having defeated France on penalties in the final of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
