24-hour booking: how to apply for a deferral via 'Diyu' after updating your details
Booking with "Dii"
"Dii" has simplified the process of redeploying staff from the defence industry and critical enterprises to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. A response to an application will now be received within 24 hours of the personal details being updated.

This has been reported on the 'Dія' portal.

Previously, 45 days were allowed to resolve issues with military registration, after which one had to submit an application for deferment, wait 72 hours and then receive a final decision.

"We have now removed the unnecessary steps. Now, if you are satisfied that you have resolved any discrepancies in your data within the 45-day period, you can immediately apply to extend your deferment and receive a response within 24 hours," the statement reads.

To submit an application on the ‘Diya’ portal, you must:

  • check the information about the legal entity;
  • in the ‘Employee category’ section, select ‘Employees with military registration violations’;
  • specify the current category after extending the booking, if there are several;
  • enter the employee’s details;
  • check the application and sign it with an electronic digital signature.

If the application was submitted by an authorised person, it must also be signed by the head of the enterprise or the signatory specified in the Unified State Register.
