Onlyfans models owe Ukraine 385 million UAH - State Tax Service
The amount of tax debt of Ukrainian citizens, who received income from content placement on the OnlyFans platform during 2020-2022, amounts to 384.7 million UAH.

As informs ThePublic.info, such data as of September 1, 2025, was provided by the State Tax Service in response to a request «Economic Truth».

"During the processing of the provided information starting from 02.10.2024 and as of 01.09.2025, the total amount of tax debt incurred by individuals who are tax residents of Ukraine due to non-payment of taxes on income received from Fenix International Ltd (the company owner of the OnlyFans platform) during 2020-2022 amounts to 384.7 million UAH," the response from the State Tax Service states.

They added that on March 10, 2025, they received data from Fenix International Ltd about the income volumes of Ukrainians on OnlyFans for 2023. This information had already been preliminarily processed by the State Tax Service and was sent for review to the territorial tax authorities on September 5, 2025.

The OnlyFans platform is primarily used for posting and monetizing pornographic content, the production and distribution of which in Ukraine is considered a criminal offense. According to Article 301 of the Criminal Code, responsibility for such activities can reach up to 7 years of imprisonment, the publication reminds.

Despite this, tax authorities continue to collect taxes from porn creators on their income, and the OnlyFans platform itself is a taxpayer in Ukraine (paying value-added tax on content purchased by Ukrainian consumers).

On the eve, one of the OnlyFans models registered a petition on the President's Office website demanding the abolition of criminal liability for producing adult pornography. She justified her request by stating that she paid 40 million UAH in taxes on her income received from OnlyFans.
