Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops have engaged in 233 combat encounters, carried out missile and air strikes, and continued their offensive operations on several fronts. The enemy was most active on the Pokrovsk front.

The 1,612th day of the Russian Federation’s large-scale armed aggression against Ukraine has begun. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 233 combat engagements were recorded on the front line over the past 24 hours.

Russian forces carried out one missile strike using three missiles, conducted 93 air strikes and dropped 308 guided bombs. In addition, the enemy deployed 10,463 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,230 attacks on populated areas and Ukrainian military positions, including 25 using multiple launch rocket systems.

Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Defence Forces’ air force, missile forces and artillery struck 16 areas where enemy personnel were concentrated, five artillery systems, one unmanned aerial vehicle command post and one logistics depot.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, Ukrainian forces repelled one assault. The enemy carried out three air strikes using nine guided bombs and conducted 85 shelling attacks.

In the Southern Slobozhanskyi sector, the Defence Forces repelled 11 attacks in the areas of Vovchansk, Vilcha, Starytsia and Lyman, as well as in the direction of Khatne.

No assault operations were recorded in the Kupiansk sector.

In the Lyman sector, Russian troops attacked Ukrainian military positions 15 times in the areas of Lyman, Stavky and Ozerny, as well as in the direction of Novoselivka.

In the Sloviansk sector, the enemy carried out 19 assaults in the areas of Kryva Luka, Zakitne, Riznykivka and in the directions of Piskunivka, Mykolaivka and Rai Oleksandrivka.

In the Kramatorsk sector, the occupiers launched four attacks in the directions of Yurkivka, Pryvilne, Nykyforivka and Markove.

In the Kostiantynivka sector, 16 attacks were recorded in the areas of Kostiantynivka, Ivanopil, Illinivka and in the direction of Mykolaipil.

The enemy was most active in the Pokrovsk sector. Ukrainian defenders repelled 36 attacks in the areas of Novooleksandrivka and Rodynske, as well as in the directions of Dorozhne, Novohryshyne, Vasylivka, Kotlyne, Novopavlivka, Hannivka, Shevchenko, Nikanorivka, Novyi Donbas, Hryshyne, Myrne and Udachne.

In the Oleksandrivka sector, Russian troops carried out six attacks in the directions of Piddubne, Novoheorhiivka, Oleksandrohrad, Kalynivske and Rybne.

In the Huliaipole sector, Ukrainian forces repelled 12 attacks in the directions of Olenokostiantynivka, Kosivtseve, Zaliznychne, Hirke, Vozdvyzhivka, Dobropillia, Tsvitkove and Staroukrainka.

In the Orikhiv sector, the Defence Forces halted three attempts by the enemy to advance towards Shcherbakiv, Stepove and Primorske.

No assault operations were recorded in the Dnipro sector. In the Volyn and Polissya sectors, no signs of the enemy forming offensive groups were detected.

According to the General Staff, Russian forces suffered 1,410 casualties over the past 24 hours. Ukrainian forces also destroyed 10 tanks, six armoured fighting vehicles, 76 artillery systems, seven multiple launch rocket systems, one air defence system, two missiles, one aircraft, 12 ground-based robotic systems, 1,652 unmanned aerial vehicles, 544 vehicles and one piece of specialised equipment.
